VMWI indicator...

I am using VOIP phone system from Conslidated communications. The indicator turns on when a message is waiting on their provided message system. Sometimes the indicator does not turn off after the message is deleted. They say "Not me", we only provide a stutter tone. Has anyone else had this problem?
