Model number is actually 25250RE1A (according to the bottom of the phone), couldn't find that in the list. The pre-dial feature has stopped working. After I enter the number and press the green dial button, I hear a sound like a series of very rapid beeps and the call does not go through. We need this to easily access voicemail without having to dial the number manually every time.
