Question About RCA Telephone 25415
phone ringer doesn't work...

My phone doesn't ring--I've done everything the manual says both in terms of setting the phone setting options, the volume, making sure the ringer is on, disconnecting other phones, going to default settings, etc.--nothing works. And the ringer works--I get ringer volume changes when I push the volume buttons. What should I do?
