our answer machine is a GE and says Thomson Inc. model no. 27851FE1-B S/no:60054611 it also has 27851FE1-B 4622DG on the sticker on the underside of the phone. i need to know how to program to answer machine. we realize it is an older model but we are out of work and it works just fine. thankyou Mrs. Dan H.
