Question About RCA Telephone 25202
Number 4 line is on constantly...

I have 4 phones in my office and one of the phones is having issues, when I plug in lines 1&2 it works fine but when I plug in 3&4 it showes that someone is on 4? I've tried other lines in the office and it always leads back to this phone being the problem.
