Question About RCA Telephone None
Model 25424re1-a and handset H5401...

Our office has a model 25424re1-A and a cordless handset model h5401 with it. When the cordless handset is in use, the tableset cannot be used on the other (we use 2 lines) line. Also if the cordless handset is being used on 1 line and the 2nd line rings, it cannot be answered from the model 25424re1-a. HELP!!!!!
