INTERCOM LITE WILL NOT STOP FLASHING-HELP! NO ANSWERING DEVICE-JUST TWO LINES...

Intercom lite won't stop blinking on one of the sets and we do not have an answering device on these phones. HELP

0 Model 25403. Intercom light flashes. If intercom button is pressed, the display says"Error: Inhibited". So what do I do now.
