I need instructions for how to reset the recorder ...

I need instructions for how to reset the recorder message. I called 8003119263 and was told they didn't support telephones. the guy gave me 2 other phone numbers: 310 953 9028 (which never even had a ring tone) and 877 506 3411 which supports tv's.
