I have a message and almost at the end of that mes...

I have a message and almost at the end of that message it goes blank and the the telphone does not offer to erase, etc.., although I tried to erase it. I try to wait to the end after it goes blank and it just goes to a busy signal. its stored in the message box as a skip message. what can I do to get rid of this half message
