hello, i have an RCA switch phone system. we just changed phone companies from ATT to Charter we have activated out charter Voice mail but when we call the voice mail, the phone does not connect to it. we have already called charter and there is nothing wrong with the connection from their end. is there anything we have to do on the RCA phone to connect to our charter voice mail?
