delete all old message...

Dear RCA Rep. I can't find my instruction to set (delete) my telephone messages. People call in said: our message was full can't take any more message. Would you please send a email to me show me how to fix this or web site I could download a instruction. I'm very appreciated very much ! Thanks good day ! Bill
