cordless handset...

Model # H5400RE3-A is fully charged. I had the battery checked out. The cordless says "Please register" when I attempt to use it. I downloaded the manual but it says nothing about this problem. The corded phone is model #25414RE3-A My email is info@availablelightphoto.com. Thank you

1 You need to hold the PAGE button on the base station after starting the Registration on the cordless.
