Everything is working fine then all of a sudden I cannot retrieve any messages. I put in my retrieve number, the message voice asks for my password code and then press #. All this works fine but then it won't retrieve any messages. It says to try again and they voice says, "sorry your having trouble, please try again. HELP, please, this is a business phone.
