I am writing for my sister. This set of phones has 4 or five handsets. Only one of them rings. They all worked at first. Now only one works. Could a power surge have changed something in all the sets that are not the main set that is plugged into the wall outlet. She can't find the box or book so we can trouble shoot. THey are less than one year old and were bought at Sears, (I believe).
