My line 2 is showing in use all of the time. Now if I am on line 1 and someone call the call will roll over to line 2. If I just pick up line 2 it has an open sound to it. we have unplugged the phones, changed the batteries in cordless and called our phone and internet provider. they say the lines are fine. What else can we do please?
