Unable to stop light flashing although alls calls have been reviewed and no message on voice mail. It drains LCD duslay batteries unnecessarily. Please advise

0 I have a RadioShack 20-Number Memory Speaker Phone 43-3911.And I can't get it to stop flashing.Any one know how to stop it?
