I have a manual and have tried to get my phone back to tone. I don't understand the directions and don't have the FLASH key on my base.....and I don't know how to press */tone (what does the backspace mean and the word tone is on the handset....but I don't know what number it is assigned to??) I have tried to get a confirmation tone but there are not */tone on the base as recommended in the manual.
