This phone appears to be fully charged and the display is lighted up with appropriate words, but when a call comes in or we try to make a call, we hear nothing. Our manual is missing and there is no manual online in the library apparently. There is a notation on the display screen that says Do Not Disturb...but we don't remember what that means or if it has any bearing on the problem. Any advice?
