my radio shack cordless phone will receive calls b...

my radio shack cordless phone will receive calls but i cannot call out. it will let me call my neighbor up the street but no other numbers. when i dial i it speed dials for me and then i get the recorded message to hang up and try your call again...i would call but i cant

0 it does not help......it does not address a speed dial issue
