My friend in San Diego has a RadioShack telephone that another friend gave to her. Her service provider's plan includes an answering service....the trouble that she is having is that when she is asked for her password number, it is not recognized. I told her to try 1234 as a password but that did not work either. The service provider told her that it is a problem with the phone....help please.
