I have a manual for this but cannot resolve the problem. Answering machine display is lit up to 0 like it should be but 1) answering machine is not recording caller's messages. 2) the preset greeting that you hear on base is different from one that the caller will hear that I had recorded on a previous occasion. I tried going thru the process of deleting and rerecording to the base several times with no luck.
