Question About Radio Shack Cordless Telephone 43-326
43-326 will not connect...

I received a replacement base unit 43-325, when my other one failed. Now the extension phone will not connect to new base unit. I've tried everything in the manual and took it to store and they had no idea. Now they want me to send it in for repair, but i believe there is a way to reset it.
