I need help with the following: Radio Shack Digital Answering System 911 MHZ Tab # 433813 Tab 3813 Serial Number: 24033185 Phone does not appear to charge...battery apparently is not charging. Phone works for awhile....and then gets static and drops calls with static on other end. Probably need manue and also advice on repair or replacement. Thanks
