Our power went out for the first time in several years. Now I need to set a new OGM. Per my Rempte Operating Instructions card, I tried calling in to the machine and pressing 7# after the message,but nothing happened. The machine still have the pre-recorded message when I called in again. I tried topush 7# before the message, again nothing changed, I tried for a long push, for a short push--nothing has worked yet.
