I cannot determine how to set the volume higher so that it stays there for subsequent calls. It always goes back to about 3 bars. How do I adjust it to stay higher? Also, I am using a GN Netcom wireless headset with the phone. When there is a phone call, there is a bit of scratchy interference during the call. It goes away as soon as the telephone call disconnects. Can you help me, please? Thanks
