Question About Plantronics Cordless Telephone None
Handset does not work, Clarity C430 Cordless Phone...

I cannot place an outgoing call. When I call from my cell phone and answer on the C430, there is nothing. On my cell phone I hear only static. I have switched the phone cord to a cord that I know works. Could it be a channel thing? I got this as a birthday present for my mother who loves her C420 -- please help me to get it working for her.
