We have the MAGIC 5 eco and during a call, upto 5 minutes sometimes, you get a fax signal, the dial tone then the 'screech'. Obviously this does not sound good in either our ear or the customer we are on the phone with. Can you let us know why this is happening and how we can stop it Thanks
