one day my friend tryed to call me and the batteries fell out i put them back in and the phone died so i left it on the charger for an hour then i picked it up and my friend said i wasnt picking up i tryed to call him but it would not ring i left it on the chrager and switched batteries with another phone and it still does not work please help me its is a CD4401B/37
