Skype connection is not working. We are in credit, and Skype works fine if I use my laptop - but not on the Voip handset. Suggestions please! Peter Paul

5 I checked out some forums about Skype and the Philips VOIP phone and here are some suggestions: -Make sure you your phone has the latest software updates as there have been software upgrade problems reported between that phone and Skype. Here is the forum: http://community.skype.com/t5/Other-devices/Philips-voip-841-does-not-sign-in-anymore/td-p/1662744 -One person said he switched to an older version of Skype for that phone.
