Please help, the base station and handsets do not sound when there are incoming calls. The displays on the handsets do show incoming call but with no sound

5 I have the same problem. This happend to my first set after 6 months of use. I took it back to the shop and received a new set, but the same has happened again! Did you receive any solutions to the problem? Would be most grateful if you could pass them on.
