my philips cd 155 says initial but doesn t work......

my philips cd 155 says initial but doesn t work... i tried to leave him long time with new battery on the bloc but still dont work.. i need my phone, i see we are numerous with this problem and no answer, it makes me nervous...bad digestion and i have nightmares... please help babe
