I can not take the incoming call though I followed the instructions in the manual - press the earphone green symbol +2 In another manual -I tried - press R+2 and still I could receive neither the incoming call's number nor the call itself NB. When I used my panasonic wireless, I could receive the incoming call. Moreover, We can not hear people well though the volume is 3 Hope to receive an answer soon as I am really frustrated.
