I bought a pair of these phones in France where I live. The language on the phone screen is german! I The second phone does not ring when an incoming call is received. It lights up but no sound. I expect its a problem with the ringer - its not turned off but the level may be right down. Because the screen language is in german I cannot follow the steps to check this. Help!
