I have got Philips Dect 225 with 4 working handse...

I have got Philips Dect 225 with 4 working handsets. It can accept till 5 and I bought another used one. I can't register it with my base station because when I trying to reset the handset to manufacturing settings and press OK it says UNAVAILABLE. What can I do?
