how do i switch on my ring tone on my se170 handset? it is switched off and cannot hear the ring tone

0 on the phone there should be a button that you will be able to push up and down hold it up and if thats not your problem go back to the store or your phone can be on mute did you drop it in any type of water or in the toilet just ask someone that may live near you and see what they say
