Question About Philips Cordless Telephone CD535

I cannot deactivate the ID Withheld on this phone, as there is no deactivate after going into net services and withhold ID there is only the words 'activate' and 'settings' underneath when I press settings there is just a blank strip. Please can you help. Thank you.
