Question About Philips Cordless Telephone CD 140
broken line...

Hi Please help me solve familly dispute. Can a Philips CD 140 not properly put in dock affect acecssibility to telephone line( no connection in our other phone( not vordless). I say no because the telephone symbol is not activadet. The dock is I.M.H.O.only for charging and transmitting. Other in family says yeas. Who is right.
