Hi the handset of the downstairs phone makes no sound. It does not - 1. ring on incoming calls 2. beep when I place back onto the base station 3. beep when I dail Have checked the ring volume - set at level 4. Upstairs phone is working fine and it is that phone that lets me know when an incoming call is happening.
