No maual/setting message...

I need to change the message on the answering machine and don't have the manual. It was given to me without instructions. Thanks for your help!

0 Our phone is showing that we have a voice mail. How do I get to it? I can retrieve the messages from the phone base but the phones say I have a voice mail even after all the messages have been erased. Thanks for you help! Vivian
