Is there a instruction manual for KXTG7731.... for...

Is there a instruction manual for KXTG7731.... for some reason I have no dial tone....wondered why.....Centurylink said no problems with the phone lines & my neighbor has same service & is getting a dial tone. Do you think something could be wrong with the phones?
