Incoming calls ring. I pick up. They hear me but I can't hear them. I have 1 base unit & 3 extensions. The base unit model # is KX-TG294SK and serial # is 3KBO(Could be Q)A17620. I could not find a listing for these numbers on your website. Can you tell me how to find the manual or solve the problem? rwoods733@hotmail.com
