I have downloaded the manual but still cant see ho...

I have downloaded the manual but still cant see how I record voice mail. Surely its fairly simple? Can you give me the instructions please?

5 the panasonic KX-t7630 doesnt have a answering machine and runs through voice mail.. if you have voice mail set up simple dial your number for voice mail (eg. 500) press 311, then record greeting at the end of tone. hope that helps
