How do I change the number of rings before my answ...

How do I change the number of rings before my answering machine picks up? I do not have blue tooth. The Manuel instructs how to change the number of rings for the cellular phone not the land line. I need instructions for the land line. When I choose the # options I receive a message that I do not have this service.
