Dial Lock...

Dear Sir, I just bought a new Panasonic Cordless. By mistake the phone has become DIAL LOCK. I donot know which password my kids have entered. Now i am trying to off the dial lock it is not happining. Please suggest me how to restart my telephone or which common code should i enter. Thanx
