5 how do i unblock a number that i accidently blocked i have done what it said but still cant get these numbers unblock

2 Hopefully this helps. I am assuming that by locked out, you mean that your accounts and passwords are locked out because the admin password was lost, or you purchased the phone used and the prior owner didn't reset them before giving it to you. If you need help with ip reset, I can help with that also. Hope this helps! Good day.
