0 Try downloading the PDF file for the KX-TG1100EN, KX-TG1102EN,KX-TG1103EN(all one file) I lost my manual but this one is almost identical. I was having problems working out how to change the clock and date to no avail. The instructions in this manual worked just fine!!! Jacqui
