Question About Panasonic Cordless Telephone KXTGA653
Phone is stuck on "Line In Use" I cannot call out ...

Phone is stuck on "Line In Use" I cannot call out or receive calls.I have unplugged..taken out batteries put back in..unplugged phone jack still line in use.this is a 2 receiver cordless.Thank you for any help.
