Question About Panasonic Cordless Telephone KX-TG7862E
No mute function is on but still I can hear but my voice is...

No mute function is on but still I can hear but my voice is not heard by the person on the other side of the phone. How to fix this issue? I have recently bought Panosonic KX-TG7862E twin model cordless phones. In one of the phones I am able to only hear and my voice is not audible to the person on the other end even though the mute function is not on.
