Question About Panasonic Cordless Telephone KX-tga402
my phone can make outgoing calls but will not ring...

my phone can make outgoing calls but will not ring or detect thru Caller ID an incoming call. This just started happening about a week ago. Read the manual and cannot figure out what happened. The phone does not ring when we call it. the light on the top left of the phone remains orange when plugged into the base. Please help. Thank you
