5 print Instruction manual in English for KX-TG1311 Digital Cordless Phone go to URL - "http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Support/Downloads/220239/index.html#anker_220239 this will display menu. It is important to Select in the following order, 1) select document type "operating instructions", 2) Enter model number "KX-TG1311e" click search, you should then have option for english manual. Good luck.
